Recently, Congress approved the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act that requires insurance companies to develop and notify Policyholders of their companies privacy policy. In support and compliance of this Act, Patrons has developed the following privacy policy. Please note that we do not use your nonpublic information for marketing purposes. We only use this information for the underwriting and claims servicing of your specific insurance with Patrons.

Privacy Policy

The trust of our customers is our most valuable asset. Patrons recognizes that you purchase our products and services because you trust that we will stand behind our promises. We also value your right to privacy by treating nonpublic personal information about customers responsibly.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. - Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history, motor vehicle and driver data, loss history reports, and additional driver data.

Disclosure of the information we collect about you:

- Patrons does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We do not use your nonpublic information for marketing purposes. We only use affiliated and nonaffiliated companies to perform services for us, such as providing customer assistance, handling claims, property inspections, protecting against fraud, and maintaining software for us. We may also disclose information in response to requests from law enforcement agencies or State insurance authorities.
