and notify Policyholders of their companies privacy policy. In support and
compliance of this Act, Patrons has developed the following privacy policy.
Please note that we do not use your nonpublic information for marketing purposes.
We only use this information for the underwriting and claims servicing of
your specific insurance with Patrons.

of our customers is our most valuable asset. Patrons recognizes that you purchase

about customers responsibly.

driver data.

- Patrons does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former
customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We do not use your nonpublic
information for marketing purposes. We only use affiliated and nonaffiliated
companies to perform services for us, such as providing customer assistance,
handling claims, property inspections, protecting against fraud, and maintaining
software for us. We may also disclose information in response to requests from
law enforcement agencies or State insurance authorities.
